go to the delegates tab > open these additional mailboxes and add the desired user using the sign. go to the server tab > enable the sync shared mailbox option.
for an exchange account, click add button, then enter the user name of the person who gave you access. a caldav account appears in the “accounts i can access” list. select the calendar account, then click delegation.
In the calendar app on your mac, choose calendar > preferences, then click accounts. select the organize tab in the ribbon at the top of the menu, click new calendar. calendars can be created within an email account (for example, the outlook account), but not within another calendar. pick the destination where you want your new calendar to be. if you are using new outlook for mac, suggest you to switch back by turning off the new outlook switch to check if it helps to add your calendar. outlook asks if you would like to add this calendar and subscribe to updates. paste in the url from your internet calendar and select ok. In the ribbon, select open calendar, from internet.
